Request deletion in four steps.
To delete your data, email connect@kooday.tech with the subject “Data deletion request”. We handle every request individually.

Send a deletion request to connect@kooday.tech from the phone number or email associated with the data, or tell us which business you contacted so we can locate your records.
We verify
We confirm the request and the affected records before acting, so no one can delete another person’s data. We only ask for what we need to locate and verify the records.
We delete
We delete the personal data we hold for you — such as your messages, call metadata and any recordings — from the relevant business’s account, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.

We confirm once the deletion is complete. We aim to respond to requests promptly and in line with applicable data-protection law.
