What usage costs.
Nothing is included in the monthly fee, and that is the point: an allowance has to be priced for a heavy month, so every quiet month would be subsidising someone else's busy one.

Every capability below already comes with one of the tiers. If you want one without moving up a tier, attach it to the plan you are on from your dashboard — the same monthly price either way, charged from the day you turn it on.
Add-ons are billed by entitlement, not by use: a capability you hold but switch off still bills for the days you held it. Buy, pause and resume them yourself in the dashboard — pausing keeps the capability until the period you have paid for ends, and charges are not refunded, so the shortest an add-on can cost you is one month. Some need a plan that can run them: outbound campaigns need a phone number.
Set it up yourself, or don't.
Building your own assistant costs nothing and mostly means filling in a form and uploading what you already have. If you would rather we did it, that is a service with a price and a scope, not a fee on the way in.

Once you are live, Care is ₹5,499/month — same-day whatsapp support, a tune-up every quarter, and a monthly health report. A one-off tune-up is ₹6,999. Nothing breaks on its own; what happens is that your business moves and your assistant doesn't, and that is what a tune-up fixes.
