How much does Kooday cost?+
Kooday starts at ₹5,999/month for the base AI voice receptionist plan, including 1,000 conversation minutes. One-time onboarding starts from ₹30,000 and can go up to ₹50,000 after a short data review.
What is included in the base plan?+
The base plan includes one fully built voice agent, inbound or outbound calls, support for your customer's language, call logs and summaries, and 1,000 included minutes each month.
What happens after the included minutes?+
Usage starts from ₹6/min pay-as-you-go. That's a floor: most calls bill at this rate, and longer or more complex AI conversations can cost a little more since you only ever pay for the AI you actually use. Prepay or higher-volume commitments can lower this — we tailor it per client. Prices exclude GST.
Are WhatsApp and website chat included?+
WhatsApp and website chat are optional add-ons. Meta messaging, WhatsApp charges and telephony stay in the customer account and are billed at cost separately.
Do I keep my phone and WhatsApp accounts?+
Yes. Your phone number, telephony account and WhatsApp Business setup remain yours. Kooday builds and operates the agent around those approved channels.
