Add-ons are billed by entitlement, not by use: a capability you hold but switch off still bills for the days you held it. Buy, pause and resume them yourself in the dashboard — pausing keeps the capability until the period you have paid for ends, and charges are not refunded, so the shortest an add-on can cost you is one month. Some need a plan that can run them: outbound campaigns need a phone number.

How much does Kooday cost?
Plans start at ₹99/month. There is no setup fee and no minimum term. Usage — conversations and calls — is billed separately, only for what you use. Prices exclude GST.
What does the monthly fee include?
The assistant itself, your knowledge base, the shared inbox and unlimited team members. What the fee decides is WHERE your assistant can be reached: Lite answers on your website, Starter adds a phone number and WhatsApp, Growth adds Instagram and Messenger. It does not include a bundle of minutes — see the next answer.
Why are no minutes or conversations included?
Because a bundle you do not use is money you did not need to spend. Included allowances have to be priced for a heavy month, so every quiet month subsidises someone else's busy one. Metering everything from the first unit is what lets the entry plan cost ₹99 instead of several thousand.
What does usage cost?
AI conversations ₹1.49 each, the same on every plan — and a conversation is a 24-hour session with up to 8 assistant replies, not a single message. Voice from ₹4 to ₹6 per minute depending on your plan — that is a base rate, not a ceiling: a long, context-heavy call meters more AI usage and can bill above it.
Can international customers buy in USD?
Yes. Choose International · USD on this page to see the fixed international plan and usage prices. They are authored USD prices, not approximate currency conversions. Add-ons, assisted services and complex rollouts are quoted for the required scope.
How does enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise has a published India starting price, but the final commercial scope depends on channels, assistants, locations, integrations, expected usage and the support model. Usage remains visible instead of disappearing inside an opaque “unlimited” bundle.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days on website chat, up to 50 conversations, no card. When it ends the account switches off rather than rolling onto a paid plan — nothing you set up is deleted, and we can switch it back on.
Do I pay you for WhatsApp messages and phone calls?
No. Paid by you, directly to Meta and your telecom provider. We add nothing. Our per-minute price covers the AI and the platform only — which is why it is not directly comparable to a vendor who resells you the phone line as well.
Do I have to pay for setup?
No. Setting up your assistant yourself costs nothing, and most of it is a form and a document upload. If you would rather we did it, guided setup is ₹19,999 one-time — one assistant, built with you on a call and signed off together.
Do I keep my phone and WhatsApp accounts?
Yes. Your phone number, telephony account and WhatsApp Business setup remain yours. Kooday builds and operates the assistant around the channels you already own.
