Telephony — your own account

Your carrier's rate per minute From your own Exotel (or equivalent) bill, in rupees. We deliberately do not pre-fill this: we do not resell minutes, so this is not our number to quote. Leave it at 0 to see the Kooday-only figure.

What this shows. The Starter plan at ₹999/month, which is the cheapest plan that comes with a phone number, plus voice at ₹6/min. There is no setup fee and no bundled allowance — you are billed from the first minute, which is why a quiet month costs almost nothing. What it leaves out. Chat conversations (₹1.49 each), Meta's own WhatsApp fees, and GST. On Growth the rate drops to ₹5/min, so heavy users should compare that too.
