What does a WhatsApp campaign actually cost?

Meta sets its own per-message rate by country and category, and it is not ours to quote — so it stays a line you fill in, exactly like the telephony line on our voice cost calculator. Everything else is our own published pricing. Runs in your browser; no form.

Meta's own fee — your account
In rupees, from your own WhatsApp Business Platform bill — it varies by country and by message category (marketing, utility, authentication), and Meta sets it, not us. We do not resell messages, so this is not ours to quote. Leave it at 0 to see the Kooday-only figure.

What this shows. The Starter plan at ₹999/month (the cheapest plan with a WhatsApp channel), plus the broadcast add-on at ₹999/month, plus our own per-send platform fee of ₹0.20/send. Both the plan and the add-on are fixed regardless of volume, so your cost per contact reached falls as the list grows. What it leaves out. GST, and any AI-usage cost from replies the campaign generates.
