Part of AI chatbot for business
Answers cite the page, not a guess
Website Guide turns the public pages you already maintain into a chat assistant that can answer a visitor and show where the answer came from.
- Crawls your live public pages
- Cites the page and section
- Kept in its own private scope
Your website, made answerable
- Crawls a public website within the path you choose and splits pages at their real headings.
- Answers from the synced pages instead of relying on a general model’s memory.
- Shows the visitor the page and section that supports a grounded answer.
- Keeps website material private to the Website Guide assistant, separate from other assistants’ searches.
- Rebuilds in the background when you ask it to sync again.
Set up once, then it runs
- Buy Website Knowledge Sync, then open Website Guide from Bots.
- Enter the public website URL and create the guide.
- The first build runs in the background; the assistant comes live when its pages have been indexed.
- Add the generated website chat to the same site, then use Sync now after meaningful content changes.

Ask on WhatsAppWhat the numbers actually say
Website Guide reads the public pages you choose, breaks them at their actual headings, and lets a visitor ask in ordinary language. When it has evidence, the reply can carry the page and section that support it, so the visitor can continue reading instead of taking an answer on trust.
The source is the deployed website rather than a Markdown repository. That keeps the assistant aligned with the version customers can open, including the page title, public address and any real section anchor. A sync stays bounded to the website or path you chose, and it runs in the background.
The website material is held in a dedicated knowledge scope. The Website Guide receives that scope; other assistants do not. This lets a business run a public help assistant without accidentally making its website crawl part of every internal or sales assistant’s retrieval results.
The things this does not do
Every product page in this market lists capabilities. This is the other half. If one of these is a dealbreaker, we would much rather you found out on this page than in month two.
- It indexes public pages it can reach within the selected site or path boundary; it does not sign in to private portals.
- A page that cannot be read cleanly cannot become reliable evidence for an answer.
- The guide stays within its own website knowledge scope. It does not automatically blend in documents intended for another assistant.
What people ask us
Does it crawl the deployed site or source files?
It reads the deployed public website, because that is what visitors see and the links it returns must work for them.
Can it point people to a section, not just a page?
Yes. It preserves real heading anchors when the page provides them and shows the supporting page or section below a grounded reply.
Will this material appear in my other assistants?
No. Website Guide uses a dedicated knowledge scope that is granted only to the assistant created for that website.
What it works alongside
- Website chat An AI chatbot for your website that streams replies from the same assistant answering your phone and WhatsApp, and opens the conversation itself.
- Knowledge base Upload documents or paste text and the assistant answers from them, in your words, across every channel. Correct it once and every channel changes.
- Build your assistant Create assistants from the dashboard, write what each one should do and must never do, save a draft, publish when you are happy, and restore any earlier version.
