Security and Access Control
Security and access control covers who on a team can see which conversations and data, and what a business can lock down — logins, roles, exports — on the platform running its customer conversations.

As a business grows past one owner answering everything, “who can see what” stops being a formality. A receptionist may need to see conversations but not billing; a manager at one branch shouldn’t necessarily see another branch’s customer list; someone who leaves the business shouldn’t keep access after their last day. Role-based access, activity logs, and the ability to revoke a login immediately are what turn “we trust everyone” into something that survives a team actually changing over time.
It’s a less visible feature than an assistant or an inbox, and it’s usually the one a business only goes looking for after something has already gone wrong once.
