Ask your business how it is doing
The manager who most needs the numbers is the one least likely to open a dashboard. This is the same information, asked for in a sentence, in the thread they are already in.
What it does
- Answers questions about your own business from your own WhatsApp number — today’s numbers, a period you name, the pipeline, one customer, what is overdue.
- Recognises the person asking from a staff roster you control, with roles deciding who may ask what.
- Lets somebody dictate a note after a call, which lands on that customer’s open deal once they confirm it.
- Turns what was promised on a call into a dated reminder on the same deal, from one dictated sentence.
- Keeps a history of who asked for what, and what was written.
How it works
- Add the staff member to the roster and give them a role. Recognition is by their own phone number.
- They message the business number they already have saved — the same one customers use.
- Reads come straight back. Writes are read back for confirmation before anything is saved.
- Anything written is attributed, logged, and visible in the dashboard like any other change.
Where it stops
Every product page in this market lists capabilities. This is the other half — the things it does not do, so you find out here rather than in month two.
- It does not call the customer back. Asking it to schedule a call is built, but outbound dialling has not yet been verified against a live account, so we do not sell that half of the loop.
- A dictated note does not fill your pipeline. It attaches to a customer and marks them hot, warm or cold — it extracts no other fields, and for most commands the customer must already exist.
- Notes never reach your customers. What a staff member dictates is not fed into what the assistant says to anyone; it is a record, not an instruction.
- It is a fixed set of commands, not an open assistant for your business. Seven reads and four writes are registered, and anything outside them is not understood.
- There is no per-operator identity beyond the roster entry, so a deal’s history says who among your staff acted, but the customer-facing side still reads as one business.
Common questions
Do my staff need a login?
No, and that is the point. They are recognised by the phone number on the roster, messaging the number they already have saved. The people this is built for are the ones who were never going to open the dashboard.
Can anyone who messages the number get our numbers?
No. Only phone numbers you put on the roster are recognised as staff, and their role decides what they may ask for. Everyone else gets the customer assistant, which knows nothing about your internals.
Can it act on what I tell it?
It can save a note, mark a customer hot or cold, and turn a promise into a dated reminder — each read back to you for confirmation first. What it will not do is contact a customer off the back of it. That is a line we hold deliberately.
