One customer, not four conversations
Every channel holds a fragment: the DM has what they wanted, the WhatsApp thread has the price you quoted, the call has the appointment. Resolving those to one person is what turns an inbox into a customer record.
What it does
- Resolves a phone call and a WhatsApp thread from the same number to one person automatically.
- Attaches a website visitor to their existing history the moment they give a phone number.
- Shows a directory and a per-customer view: every channel identity, their language, and their cross-channel history.
- Keeps your own contact list separate from what the platform observed, so an import is never overwritten.
- Imports contacts by CSV or JSON, and can pull from your own CRM endpoint on a schedule.
How it works
- Phone numbers are normalised to one canonical form, which is what lets channels resolve to one person.
- Your contacts stay yours; platform-observed identities sit alongside them rather than on top.
- CRM-synced rows are tagged, so a sync never sweeps away a contact you added by hand.
Where it stops
Every product page in this market lists capabilities. This is the other half — the things it does not do, so you find out here rather than in month two.
- Derived customer attributes — inferred traits with confidence and provenance — are schema and design only. The rolling AI memory summary is built; the attribute layer is not.
- The rolling summary is off by default and is a per-tenant setting.
- Writing deals back to your CRM is not built.
Common questions
What if the same person uses two numbers?
Identities are attached per channel and can be linked. Conflicts are handled explicitly rather than silently merged, because a wrong merge is much harder to undo than a missed one.
Does it overwrite my contact list?
No. Contacts you gave us are never overwritten by the platform — that separation is the whole point of the data model.
