A sales board that fills itself
The enquiry you answered is worth nothing if it lives in your head. Conversations become deals on a board, with the reason recorded, so following up is a visible item rather than something you are carrying around.
What it does
- Opens a deal automatically when a conversation ends in an outcome you have mapped to a column.
- Keeps one open deal per customer, enforced in the database — a second call adds evidence rather than creating a duplicate.
- Advances a deal when a later conversation shows it progressed, and writes down the reason it gave.
- Respects your judgement: moving a card yourself sets a hold, so nothing silently undoes you.
- Takes plain-language instructions on a deal — "approved 10% off, valid till the 31st" — and follows them from that customer’s very next conversation on any channel.
- Chases deals that have gone quiet, on a cadence you set per column.
How it works
- Turn the pipeline on and map conversation outcomes to columns. Both are required — without them you get no deals.
- Columns are yours to rename, reorder and mark as assistant-worked or human-worked.
- The assistant works only the columns you let it, and never the terminal ones.
- Every automatic action carries an event linking the conversation that caused it, so the board is auditable rather than magical.
Where it stops
Every product page in this market lists capabilities. This is the other half — the things it does not do, so you find out here rather than in month two.
- It never closes a deal. Won and Lost are only ever set by a person — that is deliberate and permanent, not a gap.
- A chat thread reaches the board once it has been quiet for around thirty minutes, not the moment a message arrives. Voice deals land when the call ends.
- When a deal needs you, the notification is an email. There is no WhatsApp alert, no SMS, no push, and no severity routing.
- There is no per-teammate identity yet, so a deal’s history says "you", not which colleague.
- One pipeline, no deal assignment and no lead scoring today.
Common questions
Does it decide things on its own?
Within limits you set. It can move a card in a column you have marked assistant-worked, on evidence from a real conversation, with the reason recorded. It cannot close a deal, cannot touch a column you have marked yours, and loses any race against a person.
What if it moves something wrongly?
Move it back. That sets a hold so it cannot be silently undone, and the hold lifts on that customer’s next conversation — the point at which genuinely new information exists.
Is it on by default?
No. It requires two deliberate steps, and a tenant that has not done both gets no deals at all.
