Features AI receptionist for business calls India

An assistant that answers your phone

It picks up on the first ring, every time, including at 9pm and on Sunday. It knows what you sell because you have told it, answers in the language the caller used, and leaves behind a record of what was said rather than a missed-call notification.

What it does

How it works

  1. Your telephony (an Exotel account in your own name) routes calls to the assistant.
  2. It answers through one of three voice engines — a fused speech-to-speech model, or a speech-to-text → model → speech cascade built specifically for Indic voices.
  3. Every call writes a call log, a transcript, a recording and a summary you can search.
  4. The outcome the assistant recorded can open a deal on your sales board automatically.

Where it stops

Every product page in this market lists capabilities. This is the other half — the things it does not do, so you find out here rather than in month two.

  • We run on Sarvam, Gemini and OpenAI voices today. Azure is built but not yet proven on a live subscription, so we do not offer it. ElevenLabs, Deepgram and Cartesia are not wired at all — if you need one of those, we are not the fit.
  • Telephony is Exotel only today. The account is yours, billed to you at cost, and the number stays yours.
  • Recordings are kept for a retention window you set, then deleted automatically.

Common questions

Can I keep my existing phone number?

Yes. The number stays in your own Exotel account — you are not renting a number from us, and if you leave, you keep it.

What happens when it does not understand?

It is designed to say so and get the call to a person rather than guess. A system that improvises confidently about your prices is a liability, not a feature.

Will callers know it is not a person?

Most do, quickly. In our experience that matters far less than whether their question got answered — the alternative they are comparing it against is a phone that rings out.
