A command center, in this category, is a dashboard that lets someone run day-to-day parts of the business — checking a conversation, approving an order, sending an update — from a chat interface like WhatsApp instead of a separate app.
The problem it answers is that a business owner already lives in WhatsApp all day, and switching to a separate dashboard to check what an assistant has been doing is one more app, one more login, one more thing to remember to open. A command center puts a version of that dashboard inside the same conversational interface — a summary, an approval, a nudge — rather than requiring a context switch.
It’s a layer on top of a shared inbox and customer records, not a replacement for either — it’s the surface a person actually interacts with day to day.
See it as a product feature, on the Command Center page.
