Outbound Voice Campaign
An outbound voice campaign is a batch of phone calls placed to a list of customers — for a reminder, a follow-up or an offer — carried out automatically instead of one person dialling each number by hand.

A common use is appointment reminders and no-show reduction: a call the day before, in the customer’s own language, confirming or offering to reschedule, run against the day’s booking list without anyone manually dialling through it. The same mechanism runs re-engagement calls to a list of past customers, or follow-ups after a quote was sent and never answered.
What separates this from an unwanted marketing call is consent and content — a legitimate campaign calls people who have an existing relationship with the business, about something specific to them, not a cold list bought from elsewhere.
