Outbound calling

The follow-ups actually get made

Reminders, reactivation, payment chasers — the calls you would make if you had time. A campaign dials a list you have previewed, delivers the message you wrote, and holds a real conversation with whoever answers.

  • Reminders and reactivation
  • Sensible hours, sane pace
  • Do-not-call respected
What it does

Calling out, on your terms

How it works

Set up once, then it runs

  1. Write the campaign: the assistant, the calling window, the pacing, the brief.
  2. Choose and preview the audience. A filtered run will not launch until you have looked at it.
  3. Start the run. Every run keeps its own list, counters and record of who it called.
  4. Run it again whenever you like — the filter re-resolves, so "whose birthday is today" means the day it runs.

The things this does not do

Every product page in this market lists capabilities. This is the other half. If one of these is a dealbreaker, we would much rather you found out on this page than in month two.

  • A person starts every run. There is no schedule, no "every morning at 9", no recurrence. Run it again in one click — but someone presses the button.
  • A filter is a bounded filter over your own contact book, not a segment builder or a CDP. It does not compose lists across systems.
  • The voice campaign audience and messaging segments are separate mechanisms; neither selects for the other.
  • This is voice, and it is not the WhatsApp campaign product — that is a separate add-on with its own page. The two share no audience: a filter written here selects nobody for messaging.
  • A customer who says stop is honoured permanently across every channel, and nobody at your business — or at Kooday — can put them back on. Only they can.

Common questions

What people ask us

Is this a voice blast?

No, and the distinction matters. Even when the message is delivered word for word, the assistant is listening throughout and takes over conversationally the moment the person speaks.

Can I hear it before it goes out?

For a playback campaign, yes — every language has a listen button that plays the exact clip the campaign will play, in the assistant’s own voice.

Does it respect do-not-call?

Yes, enforced at the point a target is claimed rather than as a filter that can be bypassed. We do not, however, claim compliance with any particular regime — honouring an opt-out and being compliant are different things.
