How to choose between vendors
The questions that actually separate vendors in this market — none of which are on a feature comparison table.
What this category is
Nearly every vendor in this market advertises the same capability list: multiple languages, 24/7 answering, call summaries, CRM integration. The list does not separate them. What separates them is what happens at the edges — when it does not understand, when you want to leave, and when it gets something wrong in week two.
Who should care
- Anyone comparing more than one vendor and finding the feature tables identical.
- Businesses who have been burned by a tool that demoed well.
- Anyone being quoted an unusually low per-minute price and wondering where the margin is.
Who should not
If you have not yet worked out whether you need this at all, that question comes first — and it is a cheaper one to answer.

Our own numbers, in one place
Every figure we publish — pricing, channels, languages and limits — is on one dated page with a link to where you can verify each row, and an equivalent JSON export if you would rather not read a table. See the published facts.
